VALENTINE’S DAY POLICIES & IMPORTANT NOTES
Designer’s Choice & Custom Requests
All Valentine’s Day arrangements are Designer’s Choice and created using the freshest blooms available at the time of design. Each arrangement is one of a kind, and all floral selections are left to the discretion of our designers based on seasonality and availability.
Limited customization requests may be accommodated only if called in no later than three (3) weeks prior to Valentine’s Day, which is our final opportunity to place specialty flower orders with farms. Requests made after this date cannot be guaranteed, as we are limited to inventory available in our cooler.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the high volume and perishable nature of Valentine’s Day orders, all sales are final. We are unable to offer redesigns, exchanges, or refunds.
Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 24 hours from the time of pickup or delivery. After that window, we cannot ensure care once flowers leave our studio. Please refer to our FAQ page for full guarantee details and flower care tips.
Pickup & Delivery
Studio Pickup: Monday–Friday, 11:30am–3:00pm
Delivery: Monday–Friday, 11:30am–3:00pm
Specific delivery time windows are not available due to demand and order volume.
Our studio operates by appointment only, Monday–Friday from 11:00am–3:00pm.
Holiday Pricing
Valentine’s Day pricing is in effect from January 31, 2026 through February 15, 2026. During this period, farms significantly increase wholesale flower costs, and we are unable to absorb these increases.
Our standard pricing does not apply during the Valentine’s Day pricing window for any reason. All orders placed for fulfillment between 1/31/26–2/15/26 are subject to holiday pricing, regardless of order date.
Ordering Recommendation
We strongly recommend placing your order early and online to avoid sell-out risk, as quantities are limited and Valentine’s Day is our busiest season of the year.
