welcome to florist., the floral bar's premium three-part floral design series designed to teach you the techniques and creative thinking behind professional floral design. each two-hour, beginner-friendly workshop explores a completely different design style. classes may be taken individually, but we highly recommend joining us for all three.

for meadows, we're stepping outside the vase and bringing the feeling of a wild, blooming garden to life.

you'll create an expansive, airy floral meadow using fresh flowers arranged into a large floral foam tray designed to sit beautifully on a tabletop or directly on the floor. think garden-inspired, organic, textural, and beautifully undone; as though an entire meadow has found its way indoors.

we'll explore the techniques that make this style of design feel effortless, including movement, scale, negative space, color, texture, flower placement, mechanics, and creating an organic composition that feels naturally abundant.

the result is a massive statement-making floral meadow that goes far beyond a traditional class arrangement.

of course, every florist. night comes with a little something extra. you'll receive an exclusive florist. swag bag filled with specially curated floral tools, goodies, and surprises. each class features a different swag bag, so there's always something new to discover.

important craft night details:

  • age: all guests must be 18 and older. no children unless otherwise specified.

  • arrival: please arrive 10 minutes before the class begins. if you're coming with a group and need to save spots, call us ahead or purchase tickets together so we can ensure your group is seated together.

  • parking: convenient parking is in front of the shop, with additional overflow parking next door at the vet and rug stores.

  • location: we’re located at 175 Miron Dr., Southlake, TX 76092.

  • what to bring: just yourself and your imagination! all flowers and materials will be provided. your always welcome to BYOB & snacks!

  • duration: the class will last approximately 90 minutes. we do have stools available for guests who need them.

please note: if you cannot attend, kindly notify us in advance. due to pre-purchased flowers, we do not offer credits or refunds. instead, we will arrange a time for you to pick up your flowers from the class.

Important Craft Night Info

*Craft Nights are open to adults ages 18 and up ONLY unless otherwise noted. As many of our themes are adult in nature, we do not allow any children admission to our Craft Nights. If you would like to bring your child, please opt to attend one of our Mommy & Me classes.

Schedule:

Our craft night runs from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, doors open 10 minutes prior to our start time. Please make sure to arrive on time, we don't want you to miss any of the fun! If you arrive late, please find a Floral Bar staff member to help you find your spot & get you caught up.

Our Location:

Our new address is 175 Miron Dr. Suite 140 Southlake, TX. 76092. We are in the same parking lot as Empire Rugs and share a building with Serendipity Med Spa. Directions can be found using Google or Apple Maps if needed.

Parking Information:

We have several parking spaces available for you. You are able to park in any space in our immediate parking lot. We are also able to offer overflow parking at both Empire Rugs and Kitten to Cat next door to us.

Dress Code:

We highly encourage you to dress up for your craft night theme if you'd like, however this is totally optional! It can be chilly in the flower shop when you arrive, it warms up with all the bodies in the room pretty quickly but we recommend bringing a jacket if you run cold. We have a coat rack available if you get warm as well!

Ticket Information:

We will ask for your name at the door when you arrive, this will be how you get in. We strongly encourage you to pull up your receipt that was sent to the email associated with your account to check which name is on your tickets. *We do not allow ANY guests, friends or children without tickets to attend our craft nights unless otherwise noted. We will turn away any children & unticketed guests at the door. We do not offer extra recipes/flowers and do not allow “splitting” your recipe.

Craft Night Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing a ticket for our upcoming craft night, you acknowledge and agree that The Floral Bar, its employees, and affiliates are released from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other mishaps that may occur during the event. Your participation in the craft night constitutes your acceptance of this release of liability. The Floral Bar reserves the right to refuse service. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be offered for inability to attend Craft Night. Please contact us if this situation arises. By attending our event, you authorize the use of all photos for promotional and marketing purposes.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The Floral Bar reserves the right to charge client’s for any damages and/or supplies taken (including but not limited to, the taking of our snips, turntables, decor, retail merchandise, extra flower recipes, etc.)

Credits, Refunds & Giveaways

When you purchase your Craft Night ticket, our team excitedly orders your flowers/supplies and saves a spot for you, for this reason we are unable to offer any refunds on Craft Night tickets. If you are unable to attend a Craft Night you purchased tickets for please give us a call at the shop & our team will assist you in scheduling a pick up of your flowers/supplies from the Craft Night. We no longer offer any credits for use on future classes. If in the rare case you do have a credit (as deemed by our management team) or a giveaway to redeem, you will need to ensure we have your correct contact information and you will need to redeem your credit or giveaway within 30 days of receiving it by contacting us. We will not be able to honor any credits or giveaways after that timeframe. No refunds will be offered. The Floral Bar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed (this is rare), if this happens you will be notified via the contact number we have on file for you & given the opportunity to select a future class date that works for you. In the event of inclement weather, attendees will be notified via their provided contact information and offered a full credit to be used for a future class. If a future class does not work, we are able to offer an in store pick up of all supplies, vase & florals needed to complete the rescheduled class at home as soon as weather permits attendees to safely travel for pick up. We may also be able to provide a paid delivery in some cases.
