AUTUMN CANDLE CLASS
Date: Wednesday, August 27th, 2025
Time: 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Details: Embrace the cozy charm of the season and create your very own hand poured candles! In this intimate workshop, you’ll explore the art of scent blending using our custom-curated autumn fragrance library (think warm spices, earthy woods, and soft florals)
Guided step-by-step, you’ll craft THREE beautiful candles that are perfect for keeping or gifting. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or trying something new, this class is designed to be relaxing, inspiring, and a little indulgent.
Leave with your heart full & your home smelling like sweater weather.
You can always byob your favorite drinks & snacks/food to enjoy while you're here!
We will be teaching you all about curating your personalized fall scent and creating the perfect candle. We will have themed decor, yummy charcuterie and a photo op for you while you’re here. We’re looking forward to this Craft Night and making memories together with you and your best gals.
*Please note candle curing times may vary based on temperature, pour time, etc. Although most candles cure in 60 minutes in our experience, we cannot guarantee that your candle will be ready to be transported at the end of your 1.5 hour class time. In the event that your candle is not cured/solidified at the end of your event, we will keep it in store for you to pick up at a later date during business hours. Candle pouring only takes the first 30-45 minutes of class, the rest of the time is spent curing.

Important Craft Night Info
*Craft Nights are open to adults ages 18 and up ONLY unless otherwise noted. As many of our themes are adult in nature, we do not allow any children admission to our Craft Nights. If you would like to bring your child, please opt to attend one of our Mommy & Me classes.
Schedule:
Our craft night runs from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, doors open 10 minutes prior to our start time. Please make sure to arrive on time, we don't want you to miss any of the fun! If you arrive late, please find a Floral Bar staff member to help you find your spot & get you caught up.
Our Location:
Our new address is 175 Miron Dr. Suite 140 Southlake, TX. 76092. We are in the same parking lot as Empire Rugs and share a building with Serendipity Med Spa. Directions can be found using Google or Apple Maps if needed.
Parking Information:
We have several parking spaces available for you. You are able to park in any space in our immediate parking lot. We are also able to offer overflow parking at both Empire Rugs and Kitten to Cat next door to us.
Dress Code:
We highly encourage you to dress up for your craft night theme if you'd like, however this is totally optional! It can be chilly in the flower shop when you arrive, it warms up with all the bodies in the room pretty quickly but we recommend bringing a jacket if you run cold. We have a coat rack available if you get warm as well!
Ticket Information:
We will ask for your name at the door when you arrive, this will be how you get in. We strongly encourage you to pull up your receipt that was sent to the email associated with your account to check which name is on your tickets. *We do not allow ANY guests, friends or children without tickets to attend our craft nights unless otherwise noted. We will turn away any children & unticketed guests at the door. We do not offer extra recipes/flowers and do not allow “splitting” your recipe.
Craft Night Ticket Purchase Agreement
By purchasing a ticket for our upcoming craft night, you acknowledge and agree that The Floral Bar, its employees, and affiliates are released from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other mishaps that may occur during the event. Your participation in the craft night constitutes your acceptance of this release of liability. The Floral Bar reserves the right to refuse service. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be offered for inability to attend Craft Night. Please contact us if this situation arises. By attending our event, you authorize the use of all photos for promotional and marketing purposes.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The Floral Bar reserves the right to charge client’s for any damages and/or supplies taken (including but not limited to, the taking of our snips, turntables, decor, retail merchandise, extra flower recipes, etc.)
